This BBL result has a name, and it's called a "diaper butt." 😬 It happens when too much fat gets placed in the lower gluteal fold, causing the bottom of the butt to square off instead of staying round and lifted. The fix? A Type 3 revision- we liposuction out the excess in that lower inner area, the skin turns upward, and the shape is restored. It's preventable. It's fixable.
