What a beast she is... My first eye-level encounter with this American marvel. This was most definitely the highlight of my spotting in France 26, very unexpected aswell, FR24 doesn't like to display military arrivals very often. Regardless, I got really lucky ,not with the light, but with the crews decisions that day, as they performed not 1 but 3 touch and goes for me, aswell as a flyover to conclude their mission. I presume these flights take place occasionally for training. However I'm only speculating so of course please do correct me if you have other ideas! Dinard really has a special place in my heart, considering it has been my family's holiday destination for half a decade now I've really come to know the place. This was actually my first year spotting at the local airport there, and my oh my, I was not dissapointed. It's definitely one of those airports with "hit or miss" movements though as some days are just full of ultralight aircraft, while others have all sorts of military action! I really hope you this selection of shots! Taken by myself using my Nikon D800 and Nikkor 80-400mm lens, edited on Lightroom Classic. Thanks for your appreciation, Hugo. #military #luftwaffe #germanairforce #brittany #c130
