60 days in the hospital. Still here. Still smiling. Still standing. Still moving with grace. Still being led by my faith. Still strong. It’s been crazy ride as i’m on my 4th and 5th antibiotic but thankfully these two are truly working. I’ve fought to get healthy and get back actively listed and I am status 2 as I wait. I’ve endured countless test. Probably gallons of blood. A tooth being extracted. Brain scans. A brain hemorrhage and 14 Procedures where i’m placed under anesthesia as they go in to clear out bacteria and bad tissue from my abdomens driveline site. To now being placed in isolation in the IMU unit due to a C. Aurias outbreak that I barely tested positive above the normal threshold. And the passing of my beloved mother who I didn’t get the opportunity to see while i’ve been here. Yet through all this here I am. #hearttransplant #fueledbylove #fyp #godisgood
