I should probably add that I was peer-reviewed first. 😂 An autistic woman told me I was autistic before I ever pursued a formal diagnosis. Then, when I did pursue one, my autism assessment was conducted by an autistic woman. If you have access to that kind of pathway, I highly recommend it. 10/10.
