feeling fat in clothes or uncomfortable for any reason is something I’ve realised i can avoid by dressing ✨ for my body ✨ rather than wearing clothes that I think i should. This summer on the family holiday i knew that I wouldn’t love getting dressed up in the evenings and going out in the same way as i usually would because i was too big for any of my clothes…. Also as i had just moved to Australia and struggled significantly with binge eating since being there, so i was already worried about seeing everyone since a rather rapid weight gain (silly i know :) as I think i’m the only one who would ever care)! HOWEVER, because i preempted this happening i ensured to buy clothes for the holiday that fit me/ were oversized, that i loved and that most importantly made me feel good! So IRONICALLY, I think this holiday for the first one in years, I didn’t feel like my body was at the forefront of my mind the whole time which made food noise a LOT quieter! I’m no fashion expert (clearly) 🫣 but here are some ideas of things that make me feel comfortable!! If you have any inspo for outfits that make you feel good then please drop them below 🥰🧣 #bed #bingeeating #bingeeatingdisorder #bodydismorphia #bodyimage
