Daniel David Main of St. Francois Xavier, Manitoba, has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged online luring and sexual assault of multiple teenage girls. He remains in custody and faces numerous charges arising from two separate Winnipeg Police Service investigations. Police allege that between November 2025 and January 2026, Main communicated online with teenage girls, arranged to meet them and transported them to a hotel. He allegedly provided them with alcohol and drugs before sexually assaulting them. Main faces four counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference, two counts of luring a person under 16 and one count of breaching a release order. He was previously arrested on January 30, 2026, following similar allegations involving two teenagers. Charges from the earlier investigation include two counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference, as well as child pornography and transmitting sexually explicit material to a person underage.
