Daymien Alexander Kennedy of Windsor, Ontario, is wanted on an active warrant after allegedly fleeing Canada while under house arrest. Police discovered during an April 2026 compliance check that he had travelled to Michigan. Kennedy was released on bail in December 2025 under strict house-arrest conditions. He is now wanted for failing to comply with a release order. His charges stem from four alleged incidents and include sexual assault and sexual interference involving a six-year-old girl. He also faces three counts of assault with a weapon, assault, uttering threats, two counts of mischief and publishing an intimate image without consent. Police allege the violent incidents included threatening and cutting a woman with a knife and assaulting another woman with a hot torch lighter. Authorities are asking anyone with information about Kennedy’s whereabouts to contact police.
