Save this for the next time you’re organizing your freezer stash! 🍼❄️ One of my favorite ways to store frozen breastmilk is making “milk bricks” 🧱 Instead of having bags sliding around everywhere, freezing your milk flat and grouping the bags together makes your stash SO much easier to organize, stack, and rotate (FIFO) 🙌 Here’s how I make mine: 🍼 Freeze breastmilk bags completely flat: lay them horizontally in the freezer so they freeze thin and even 📅 Label every bag with the date and amount before freezing. 🧱 Once frozen, group the bags together in a larger freezer/storage bag to create a milk brick ✍️ Label the outside of the brick with the date range and/or total ounces inside ❄️ Stack your bricks in the freezer and organize oldest milk toward the front so it gets used first Such a simple system, but it can make a HUGE difference when your freezer stash starts growing 👏 SAVE this for later & send it to a pumping mama building her freezer stash! 🤍 #breastmilk #breastmilkstorage #freezerstash #breastfeeding #breastpumping pumpingmom exclusivelypumping pumpingmama breastmilktips
