A federal judge has awarded Boston musician and teacher Charles Murrell III more than $2.7 million after finding that members of the white nationalist group Patriot Front violated his civil rights during a 2022 march in Boston. The judgment includes $2 million in punitive damages and compensatory damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, and lost wages.
