People see the before & after and naturally notice the physical transformation. But what a picture can’t show you is how dramatically my quality of life has changed. My legs no longer feel like heavy cement blocks when I walk. They rarely swell. I don’t live in daily compression anymore. My knees ache less. My chronic back pain is gone. And yes… I absolutely love finally being able to see the muscles I’ve worked so hard to build. 💪🏼 But the greatest transformation isn’t a clothing size or what I see in the mirror. It’s feeling strong. Healthy. Comfortable. Confident.
