Double dook today! Had a wee gym session but struggling with the flushes, it can be unbearable at times, full on flush accompanied with nausea & air hunger which wipes you out. Anyway got to keep trying to fight them. #menapause #coldwatertheraphy #standrews #northsea #beachbum
