I’m an oversupplier. I pump/feed on a regular schedule. Didn’t start happening until my daughter turned 6mo old? I’m pretty careful about watching clogged ducts as I did get those here and there with my son but they went away fast. Now? Just jumps straight to mastitis (fever, body aches, chills, dehydration) literally in a 24 hr time frame.
