Markus Flanagan of Unity, Saskatchewan, has been charged with multiple sexual offences involving a minor following an RCMP investigation into a complaint about an incident that allegedly occurred on March 16, 2026. According to investigators, the charges were laid after police received a report of the alleged incident. The investigation resulted in Flanagan’s arrest and the filing of several criminal charges. Flanagan is charged with one count of sexual interference, one count of invitation to sexual touching involving a person under the age of 16, and one count of sexual assault.
