I've been to Lake Tahoe so many times, but this was the very first time I experienced North Lake Tahoe at a slower pace—and completely car-free. And honestly, I think this is the best way to do it. 💙 We kicked off the morning with brunch at Sage Leaf Tahoe @sage.leaf.tahoe, then rented e-bikes from @bigbluebikerentals and rode the East Shore Trail, also known as America's Best Bikeway. The ride is incredibly scenic, with crystal-clear lake views almost the entire way. We made a stop at Hidden Beach, one of the prettiest spots along the trail. For our stay, we checked into Incline Lodge @theinclinelodge which is right in the heart of Incline Village and just minutes from Lake Tahoe. In the afternoon, we explored the village, wandered around the local shops, and wrapped up the day with pizza dinner at Alibi Ale Works @alibialeworks. But the biggest reason for this trip was the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival @laketahoeshakespeare. Watching a live Shakespeare performance with Lake Tahoe as the backdrop was unlike anything I've experienced before. It was magical💙 It's one of the most unique summer experiences in Lake Tahoe , and if you're visiting Tahoe this season, this festival absolutely deserves a spot on your itinerary. Before driving home, we stopped for breakfast at Drink Coffee and Do Stuff @drinkcoffee_dostuff and made one last stop at the iconic Emerald Bay. If you're planning a Tahoe trip this summer, skip the rush and slow down—you'll experience the lake in a whole new way. @laketahoetravel Lake Tahoe Itinerary, Lake Tahoe Summer activities, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival #laketahoe #laketahoetravel #nevada #laketahoeshakespearefestival
