When people see these photos, they usually focus on the physical transformation. But if you asked me what the biggest benefits of my six Lipedema surgeries have been, my list would look very different. 💜 No more constant aching pain in my legs. 💜 The random bruising is almost completely gone. 💜 My legs rarely swell anymore. 💜 I no longer need to wear compression every day. 💜 I can walk, travel, work out, and live without feeling like I’m dragging around sandbags. Those are the things that changed my life. The smaller clothing size is simply a beautiful bonus.
