Fridays have officially become synonymous with the Arboretum Hill Club. 💛 Today was extra special as we celebrated AHC's 8th birthday—and honestly, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than sweating it out with a group of people who make showing up so easy. There's always laughter, encouragement, and of course... plenty of trips up and down that hill. 😂⛰️ The workout was awesome with @moovphysiotherapy , but the post-workout chats over coffee from @wadi.coffee , delicious gelatos from @righteousgelatous , celebratory mimosas from @sheilaandtom and refreshing @celsius_canada made it all worth it.
