Ten years ago, I had no idea where this journey would take me. It would lead me through a Lipedema diagnosis, six surgeries, countless workouts, tears, setbacks, victories… and most importantly, healing. Not just healing my body, but healing my mind, my confidence, and my spirit. This journey has taught me that healing isn’t always quick or easy. Sometimes it takes years.
