A little insight to the person behind the squares… Perhaps one that might make you press that button that says “follow” or “unfollow” I’ve always err’d on the side of caution when it comes to how much I share online since I became a therapist. I could get into the ethical considerations and boundary chat but I think a big part of it has also been because I felt safer hiding behind the modality and the research. I think one of the big reasons as to why you might choose me as your therapist or your EFT Trainer though is less about my qualifications and more about who I am as a person. I value authenticity and integrity but I’ve been holding back in truly showing up for fear of rocking the boat…by just being myself. It’s ridiculous when I type it.
