Today would’ve been my brother’s 35th birthday. He died back in 2022 after an almost decade long dance with the dark side of life. I did this video a couple of years ago as a a reflection of what a brother’s bond can look like… the misunderstanding, the love, the respect, the competition, the emotional misunderstanding. It’s… a lot of things. (That’s him in the montages). The idea was to reach an age where we’d finally learn to be a team. Sadly we never got there. And that’s one of the big fucking bummers about his passing. The education that close family death offers us is unlike anything else. Yes, it’s something we will all have to face at some point… but what good is this dark wisdom if you only have a few years to use it. Live life fully. Live it with love. With grave. Adventure.
