A 7-hour surgery was terrifying… but honestly, the recovery has been even harder. Day 4 in the hospital, potassium drips, pain, exhaustion, fear, all of it. The nurses have been absolute angels through this adjustment — keeping me comfortable and helping me through every scary moment. And somehow Alain still finds ways to make me laugh… currently creeping behind the hospital curtain after setting up his full workstation in my room so he doesn’t leave my side. 🤍 Also… private hospital room?
