Late February 2024 a man from named Cody Roberts from Sublette County Wyoming ran over and tortured a male wolf pup for approximately 2 to 3 days before parading him around in the Green River bar. Realizing he probably was going to get in trouble, he dispatched the tortured wolf pup behind the bar late one night. He not only had duct tape around his mouth but he also had shock collars on him as well. Wyoming Animal laws are very vague, and they need to be rewritten and especially the ones that need to include our predator animals such as our coyotes, wolves, coyotes, porcupines, raccoons, red fox, skunks, and feral cats. None of these animals currently have any protections against animal cruelty.
