𝗞𝗲𝗰𝗵: 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿-𝗡𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶 The people of Balochistan continue to live under fear, repression, and systematic human rights violations. Four members of the same family two women forcibly disappeared from Hub Chowki and two men forcibly disappeared from Tejaban, Kech. They have been identified as Fareed Ijaz, Mujahid Dilwash, Hani Dilwash, and Hair-Nisa. The families of the missing staged a sit-in protest by blocking the CPEC road in Tejaban. Despite harsh winter conditions, mothers, sisters, elders, and children remain on the road, refusing to disperse until their loved ones are safely returned. According to the families, earlier negotiations were held with the Deputy Commissioner, who assured the immediate release of the detained women and promised that the men would be produced within ten days. However, no one has been released, exposing these assurances as empty and further eroding trust. As a result, the families again blocked the road and began a sit-in protest. They made it clear that verbal promises are no longer acceptable and that only the physical recovery of the disappeared family members will bring relief. The families have declared they will continue their protest until all four members are safely recovered. They have also appealed to the people of Tejaban, Kech, and surrounding areas to raise their voices against enforced disappearances, a practice that has shattered countless families across Balochistan. We urge national and international human rights organisations, humanitarian bodies, independent media, and people of conscience to take urgent notice of the grave human rights situation in Balochistan. Enforced disappearance is a crime under international law and must not be ignored or normalised. #SaveBalochWomen #endenforceddisappearances #SaveBalochWoman #EndEnforcedDisappernaces #SaveBalochStudents
