Any other Americans have an experience like this in other countries that made you realize how unnecessarily insane healthcare costs are in the states? Sorry if this is controversial in some way but I think it's important to share, especially if someone else is dealing with something similar. Full disclosure: decent healthcare from a state marketplace in America is at least $1200 for what I need covered but still would require somewhat high costs out of pocket. Cobra was $871 a month. It's so wild to me that just a few hours away there are no med shortages, and the cost is way less. #fyp #travel #vent #wlw #wuhluhwuh
