Thesseus' Taco Travesty. The first in a line of simplistic homemade hot sauces with complicated names and back stories. What I will say is, this sauce features dried #arbolchile, #guajillopepper, fresh #hungarianhotwaxpepper, #tomatoes, #onion, ground #cumin, #thyme, #oregano, distilled #vinegar and the #steepwater from the rehydration of the dried peppers. Its medium heat and hefty aroma should be an ample compliment to food of all varieties and designs.
