23/08/25 Marathon training End of week 8… One gym session per week continues Still prioritising the running 🏃🏽 So far this week: •all sessions ticked off (with correct pace)✅ •one takeaway (a reduction of 5 compared to previous weeks😅) Aiming towards training with more intent… Preparing correctly🎯 Running strong🎯 And allowing proper recovery🎯 Still far from where I want to be, so can only focus on future improvements Half marathon race tomorrow 🐎 So will review that afterwards and go from there Aiming for 1:25
