Today, I received feedback from our Director of Business Development at @Vaidam Health - Sierra Leone, and it truly made my morning. She appreciated the quality of my data presentation and encouraged me to keep pushing forward, reminding me that “you have a long way to go, keep working like this.” This feedback feels even more meaningful because it comes right after hosting my first medical camp, where we recorded 106 registered patients and 75 patients in attendance, the highest turnout ever achieved. This milestone is a powerful reminder that growth happens through commitment, consistency, and the courage to take on new challenges. I am proud of this progress, but even more motivated to keep improving, learning, and delivering value in every project. Grateful for leaders who guide and inspire.
