Strawberry burnt basque cheesecake 🍓 Ingredients: For the cheesecake: two 8 oz cream cheese, room temp 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt 4 large eggs, room temp 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup heavy cream, room temp 3 tbsp all purpose flour, sifted (Mix each step just until combined and bake at 425 for 40 minutes) For the jam: 1 cup diced strawberries 1/4 cup sugar cornstarch slurry: 3 tsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tsp cold water (Cook the strawberries on medium heat for 10 mins then add sugar.
