I've been looking for ways to increase my fresh fruit intake and work on my gut health. This Chia Pudding Parfait is perfect and allows me to get a healthy dose of fiber, omega-3s and antioxidants. The hardest part of making the pudding is remembering to stir it. (See my last reel.) And then cutting up your fruit. But it's also possible to do some of this in advance. (The knives here suck, that's why I'm concentrating so hard 🤭) This is one of the recipes we're thinking about including in the cookbook.
