Homemade carbonara ✨ Serves 2 I would suggest measuring everything before getting going with this recipe as it moves quite quick ✨100g pancetta ✨50g finely grated pecorino cheese ✨50g finely grated parmesan ✨3 medium eggs ✨175g linguine ✨5 garlic cloves, peeled and slightly crushed with knife ✨50g butter ✨freshly ground black pepper Method ✨In one bowl crack three eggs and scramble with some fresh black pepper ✨In another bowl add your 50g pecorino and 50g Parmesan ✨In a pot start to cook your pasta. While this is cooking, in a pan add your butter, whole garlic cloves and pancetta. ✨Your pancetta should crispy up, you can remove your whole garlic cloves and turn heat down. ✨Once pasta is cooked to your liking add it to your pancetta pan keeping on a lower heat setting (keep pasta water to one side) ✨Mix your cheese and egg ✨Take your pan off the heat and quickly add egg and cheese mixture lifting it through the pasta ✨Add a splash of pasta water to loosen up and make a wetter sauce ✨Serve immediately and enjoy 🤌 #Carbonara #Pasta #Food #Recipe #Homemade #Homecooking #Foodtok #Tasty
