🍌Biscoff Banana Pudding 🍮 ~~Ingredients:~~ ★ round sponge cookies (German: Eierplätzchen) ★ 6 ripe bananas (the spotted ones are best) ★ 2 packs instant vanilla pudding (Dr. Oetker Galetta) ★ 1l milk ★ 400 ml heavy cream ★ 1 pack vanilla sugar ★ 2 tsp vanilla extract ★ 2 tsp sugar (leveled) ★ caramelized condensed milk (dulce de leche) ★ Biscoff cookies ~~Instructions:~~ ⚠️ Note: My dish was 28.5×19.5x6.5cm and I only needed about ¾ of the cream – so you might have some left over. ♥︎ enjoy your extra cream 🤤 1️⃣ slice the bananas into rounds 2️⃣ Cream: ♡ Prepare the instant pudding as instructed on the package ♡ Whip the cream with vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, and the sugar until stiff ♡ Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding 3️⃣ ~Layering: ♡ Start with a layer of round sponge cookies ♡ Spread the cream on top ♡ Add half of the banana slices ♡ Repeat with cookies, cream, dollops of dulce de leche and the bananas 4️⃣ Cover and refrigerate overnight (so the cookies soften) 5️⃣ Before serving, crumble Biscoff cookies on top of the banana pudding Enjoy! ♥︎ #fyp #recipe #bananapudding #biscoff
