Dad bod vs skinny Personally, I’d rather go back to 170lbs and lose 10 lbs of lean mass. My body puts muscle on really easily, but lodging weight is incredibly tough. I’m a big eater/easy gainer. This is the biggest reason why I’m training for an Ironman. I’m curious to see how much muscle mass I can retain, and if this is a good method to staying lean year round. I love training, and I don’t like dieting, so ridiculous amounts of running biking and swimming sound like a great alternative. Give me 2-3 more months and I’ll do another comparison. Hopefully it’ll be +5 lbs of fat, +10 lbs of muscle and I’ll be looking wild. Unless I lose a ton of muscle from Ironman training. Content creator notes: I’ve tried side by side comparisons before and it didn’t perform well. In the past I would review the old footage, then copy the posing for the current film. This time I tried the opposite because I had a vision of my past self waiting around like a video game character not being used while real me was talking. I thought it would create a unique look. I debated on adding text on screen. Imagine a title that said: dad bod vs skinny physique? Both terms are huge exaggerations which cause people to argue. And it poses a question for people to answer. I decided to only put it in the caption to create a cleaner look. If I didn’t already have a following then I think I’d put it on screen because you need that extra face value. #naturalbodybuilding #naturalbodybuilder #natty #peptides #fitnessinfluencers
