🌹🌹 What Is Womb Healing? 🌹🌹 Womb healing isn’t about forcing release or “doing deep work” before you’re ready. It’s a gentle, nurturing practice that supports women to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom, at a pace that feels safe. Our womb space holds more than physical organs. It’s an energetic centre connected to: • creativity • intuition • emotions • boundaries • lived experience Stress, heartbreak, trauma, burnout, and life transitions can all settle here quietly over time. Womb healing is not about fixing yourself. It’s about listening, softening, and coming home to your body. You do not need to physically have a womb to take part in womb healing. This work is for anyone who carries womb energy, including those who have had hysterectomies, surgeries, losses, or medical interventions. You are still whole. You are still welcome.
