𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗨𝗽. 𝗜𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲. The pull-up doesn't start at the bar. It starts with the rows, the pulldowns, the cable work, the deliberate accumulation of pulling strength that has to exist before the bar becomes something you can rise from rather than just hang on. Every row, every pull, every session is building something whether you can see it yet or not. That's the part people miss when they look at a pull-up and decide it's not for them. What they're seeing is the result of work that didn't look anything like a pull-up while it was happening. I kept pulling here so I could pull up there. That's just how the body works and how strength gets built. The work I'm putting in at 54 is the best work I've ever done. This season has a clarity and a focus I didn't have before. Knowing what my body actually needs and refusing to cut corners on any of it has produced something I'm genuinely proud of. The discipline to keep showing up for something that isn't paying off yet is one of the hardest things about training and one of the hardest things about life. I've learned to lean on God in both because my own patience has a limit and His doesn't. If the pull-up feels impossible right now, this is where it actually starts. The back has to be built before the bar has anything to work with. Every session you put in below the bar is a deposit toward the day you rise above it. That day is closer than you think if you stay consistent and trust what you can't see yet. 📖 Habakkuk 2:3 “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.” ➡️ The pull-up is coming. So is everything else you’re building toward. Keep showing up for the work that doesn’t look like the result yet. ༒•If this resonated with you, tap the 💞 and stick around.•༒ #backday #backdayworkout #womenwholift #fitover50 #strengthtraining #faithandfitness #daughteroftheking #womenoffaith #fypシ゚ #foryourpages
