The chopped salad everyone ends up making 🥗 La Scala Chopped Salad ■ INGREDIENTS For the salad: • 2 cups chopped romaine (120 g) • 1 cup chopped iceberg (60 g) • 1 cup cooked chopped turkey or chicken (150 g) (or salami - classic) • ½ cup mozzarella, diced small (60 g) • ½ cup chickpeas, drained (80 g) • ½ red onion, chopped • 2 tbsp parmesan, grated For the dressing • 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml) • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar (30 ml) • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp dry oregano • 1 garlic clove, grated • salt & black pepper • pinch of sugar (optional; balances acidity) ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Chop romaine + iceberg into small pieces. Add to a large bowl. 2. Chickpeas → turkey/chicken → mozzarella → red onion → parmesan. Everything should be bite-sized. 3.
