Start the year light and nourished with this matcha protein smoothie. Ingredients • 1 cup coconut milk • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder • ½ avocado • 1 cup baby spinach • 1 tsp matcha powder • 1 tbsp almond butter • Shredded coconut, for topping Instructions 1. Add all ingredients, except the shredded coconut, to a blender. 2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. 3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. 4.
