update: starting to decrease weight, and intensity and emphasize more mind to muscle connection and strict form approach due to the little injury that’s been going on for quite some time. started going to physical therapy and it might just be placebo but I already feel a little better. obviously a lot more work to be done but im choosing to stay optimistic throughout this whole process. huge thank you to everyone for being so supportive and encouraging throughout all this. it means the absolute world and I wouldn’t know where I would be without you guys. love you all
