No one talks about how hard it is to go from just producing 10 to 15 ounces a day to 35 to 40 ounces a day. Here's what I did to get to where I'm at: - Pumped every 2-3 hours. Yes, that also included 3 a.m. pumps. - Stayed hydrated; drank almost a gallon and a half a day. - Power pumped with my first pump of the day and last pump of the day. - Measured my flange size. - Got plenty of rest when I could. It wasn't always easy, but seeing my milk supply increase and my baby getting fed and getting chunkier was all the motivation I needed. What worked for you? Or if you have any questions on how to increase your milk supply, don't hesitate to ask me! I'm so grateful for the support of my hubby, family, and my online community!! #BreastfeedingJourney #PumpingMom #MomLife #NewMom #MomToBe #BreastfeedingSupport #Lactation #MomHacks #PumpingTips #Breastmilk #MomCommunity #breastfeeding #pumpingmom #pumpandpour #exclusivelypumping #pumpingjourney #teamwork #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
