BOSU workout! Adding in a balance ball (bosu) takes your workout up a level by throwing in a hefty dose of instability. What does that do? Forces you to STABILIZE!! Which we all know is the foundation of balance; a critical part of healthy living. Here are a few starter moves for the Bosu to challenge you…but not defeat you.
