$7,800 for this unit currently and honestly right now I don’t see anything that jumps out as worth that. But there has to be something in there that somebody knows is valuable. I’m showing you this to prove the storage world is risky — even if you pay $7,800 you still have to pick it up, transport it, and then actually sell everything. I’m passing on this unit, I just wanted you guys to see how crazy these prices can get. Some units can easily hit $35K–$40K if the right items are inside and the right bidder is bidding, you never never really know. The real game isn’t how much a unit costs — it’s how much time it takes, how easy the items are to move or ship, and how fast you can double or triple your money. The faster you can turn it, the more money you actually make. That’s how I play it. Work smart, not hard.
