75 Hard Challenge✨ Today would be day 20/75 but I’m starting over.If you’re not familiar, the rules are:1. Pick any diet and stick to it for 75 days.2. Drink a gallon of water each day3. Work out twice a day for 45 minutes each4. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book daily5. Take progress picturesI’m starting over because I started slipping up on my water and reading. I’m proud of my progress but more proud that I’m holding myself accountable to starting over instead of quitting. It’s not easy with two little ones but it can and will be done.
