This weekend took me back in more ways than one. Heading to Amnesia House in Coventry was certainly a trip down memory lane… the music, the atmosphere, the people... But it was also a deeper kind of return… to the place my family came from, where my parents grew up, and to the roots that hold the stories of our past. Although memories feel distant from that time, Walking around the city the next day, I felt a connection. I noticed little signs that Mum was there.. a reminder that our loved ones never really leave us. Their energy just shifts and finds new ways to connect. Revisiting the past brings more than nostalgia. It can reconnect us with the threads of our ancestors and loved ones that still run through our lives.
