RECIPE: Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps Ingredients * ��1 teaspoon sesame oil * ��2 cloves garlic finely minced * ��1 large onion diced * ��1 bag broccoli slaw mix * ��2 pounds ground chicken * ��3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce * ��2 teaspoons rice vinegar * ��1 tablespoon natural peanut butter * ��1 tsp (or to taste) of sriracha or hot sauce of choice * ��1-2 heads of green leaf lettuce, pulled apart, rinsed and leaves left whole * ��sesame seeds, sliced green onions and/or chopped peanuts for serving (optional) Instructions 1. ���Heat a large wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil. 2. ���Once the wok is hot, add the garlic, onion and broccoli slaw mix and saute just until everything begins to soften. Put in bowl 3. ���Add the ground chicken to wok and brown it until it’s cooked through and no longer pink. 4. ���Add the veggie mix back to the wok, soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, and sriracha and stir well to combine. 5. ���Remove the pan from the heat and serve the chicken mixture in its sauce in prepared lettuce lettuce wraps with optional toppings. 6.
