We tried the Mole Trio and honestly, obsessed with ALL of them 🤎🤎🤎 — but that Mole Negro with fall-off-the-bone short rib still has my heart. And the Chiles en Nogada is such a special dish, traditionally enjoyed around Mexican Independence season, but thankfully they serve it year-round. 🙌🏽 Fresh homemade guac + tortillas, the huitlacoche tamale with some of the BEST masa, a Mole Margarita (yes, we’re drinking our mole too 😂) and my forever go-to Pepino Margarita. 🥒🍹 Finished with Tres Leches + Mexican hot chocolate because we clearly know how to pace ourselves.
