The key to navigating drama might seem simple on the surface level but it demands a regular practice. We must choose to not engage. When we are forced to engage, we must remember not to identify with the drama. To remember that it is outside of us, not a part of us. As we grow on our paths, we must also take stock of where drama is manifesting in our life. Is it one particular person or group of people that brings it about? It might be time for some distance and self-analysis. Asking ourselves, “where does my nervous system feel regulated?” and “where can I exist where conflict is directly resolved?” Where do you see drama manifesting in your life? #ADHD #Audhd #EmotionalRegulation #InsideOut #Neurodivergence
