My grocery shopping has changed so much since moving to Germany 🇩🇪 From doing big weekly shops in South Africa 🇿🇦 to now shopping twice a week. I shop on Mondays & Fridays, only grab what I can carry (no car life 🚶‍♀️), and stock up on basics when they go on sale🙌 Trying my best to keep meals wholesome with fresh veggies, milk, and proteins.
