If you struggle with anxiety… you might learn a thing or two from my dog! 🐾 My dog used to hate new routes (as recently as a few weeks ago) He’d freeze, get anxious and refuse to move - when he did, he BOLTED in the opposite direction to hide from his fear Every unfamiliar path felt like too much. Sound familiar? What changed? We swapped his old lead for one that gave him more space to explore, which allowed him: ✅ More freedom ✅ Less tension ✅ And slowly, he started sniffing, wandering, even choosing new directions on his own! 👏🏻 He needed just a little less restraint to start feeling like himself! But you’re no dog! So how does this help you and your anxiety?! 🤔 If you’re always holding yourself back, trying to stay safe, trying to control everything perfectly… You might be missing the chance to grow. To explore. To feel more like YOU! Sometimes, a small change in your environment, your habits, or even your self talk is enough to give you the confidence to roam outside your comfort zone! And when you roam outside your comfort zone - that’s where the real progress starts! If this opened your eyes and you realised something about your anxiety, drop the word ‘LEAD’ in the Comments below so I know it helped 🙂 Don’t forget if you’re new here, to Follow @jellettfit for more mindset changes that meet you where you’re at currently and pave a new pathway!
