“Do you need to do this full time to be successful?” Define what success means to you 🤷‍♀️ I know a mama that is working towards ONLY working/performing the notarizations when she doesn’t have her littles (split schedule, revolving days) and offloads the work to her team when she’s off raising tiny humans. She takes a pay decrease working with a team but she’s still making money and fulfilling orders while off at the zoo or going to soccer practice.
