Changing a light fitting is very easy, all you do is make sure all electricity is switched off ⚡️⚡️ Then pull down the old fitting and you’ll normally find 3 wires, 1 blue 1 brown 1 green/yellow, in some older houses they will be red/black/green and you could also find more than 3 cables in there is a switch live or other light feeds. Simple undo with a screwdriver and it will realise the wires from the connector block then the light fitting will come down. On your new light fitting there will be a blue/brown/green/yellow cable and you attach them to ether the same colours coming from your house or in older houses, this is what goes with what. Red-brown Black-blue Green-green/yellow Also attach the to roof the bracket that goes with your new light fitting, this is simple normally screw into the wood or into the same screw holes the last one was attached in. Then attach with the connector block and push the light fitting upto the wall and screw into the bracket from the new light you would have attached to the roof in place of the old one.
