Ahmed Ali-Mussa scored the winner, finishing excellently after a superb assist from Danny Davis. Their route to the final has been hugely impressive. They opened with a 2-2 draw against Charlton, with centre-half Danny Davis on the scoresheet twice, before producing a dominant 6-0 win over Fermanagh thanks to goals from Danny Davis, Ahmed Ali-Mussa, Moses Vungbo, Rio Devlin, Louie Bird and Jack Moore. They then rounded off the group stage with an excellent 2-1 victory over West Ham United, with Danny Davis and Jack Moore finding the net. Now, one final hurdle remains as St. Pat’s take on Plymouth Argyle in the final of one of the world’s most prestigious youth tournaments. A fantastic achievement already, and they’ll be hoping to cap off a brilliant week by bringing the trophy back to Inchicore.
