Yesterday, we gathered at the Eisenhower Executive Office near the White House in Washington DC to commemorate one year since the Nova Kakhovka Dam destruction. On June 6, 2023, the russians blew the Nova Kakhovka dam up. This day, became a tragedy also because of the inaction of organizations that were supposed to provide humanitarian relief, but didn’t, as russian soldiers started shouting at civilians who were trying to evacuate. Only some Ukrainian volunteers tried to save lives by risking their own and going into dangerous occupied areas, trying to save not only people but also animals. 💔 #RussiaBlewTheDam #KakhovkaDam As always our teams highest regards to people who not only came but even made posters dedicated to yesterday’s date!!
